At Pleijsier Vastgoed Verduurzaming, we dedicate ourselves every day with (green) energy to a future-proof real estate sector. We have been doing this for years, so we have accumulated a lot of experience and expertise. We use that knowledge and expertise to advise and support our customers in making their properties more sustainable.

What gives us our energy? Making existing and new buildings meet the sustainable standards of our time. healthy and energy-efficient indoor climate and sustainable heat sources, we work towards valuable and value-retaining properties.

We work responsibly

We believe you should do what you are good at. For us, that is responsible real estate sustainability. We are working on the sustainable buildings of tomorrow, but safety is our top priority and we also work with sustainable materials.

Thus, with our SCC certificate, we show that we work safely and healthily every day. Furthermore, we use FSC-labelled wood and have our projects assessed according to the Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM).

The construction industry uses a lot of energy, but we are also trying to make strides in that. For example, we are working to save energy on the building site, use green electricity as much as possible and strive for smart logistics. This is how we do our bit to ensure a liveable world for future generations.
