Making a building more sustainable requires customisation, where we consider not only the legal requirements, but also the wishes of the building’s owners and users. Therefore, the first thing we do is map out the requirements, wishes and possibilities for renovating the property. Even if your building does not yet have an energy label, you are welcome with us.
Phase 2
Advice
Based on our inventory, we advise on the options for the sustainable renovation of your premises. We will come up with an integrated plan, focusing on climate measures, sustainable materials and safety in addition to energy saving.
In our advice, we also provide an overview of expected investments and savings, possible subsidies and payback time. This way, you have a clear overview of what the sustainability opportunities are for your property.
Phase 3
Pricing
In the pricing phase, we present the quotation for the work, and the intended subsidies and financing can be requested. Furthermore, we determine whether any ‘technical’ consultants need to be involved and agree on a route towards realisation, with the best approach for you and your customers.
Phase 4
Realisation
The next step is the actual execution of the renovation by us. We guide the process, but also actually roll up our sleeves. Thanks to our extensive knowledge and experience in construction and renovation projects, we can also keep a close eye on planning and costs. And of course we have an eye for quality, organisation, communication and risk management.
