On behalf of the City of Amsterdam, we and our partners renovated and made the central education and training location for civil servants more sustainable.
As early as 1882, ‘Gebouw Zeemanshoop’ was used for lectures and competitions to increase scientific knowledge among captains
- Over 1700 m² of sustainable real estate
- Application of bio-based sheep’s wool insulation
- Collection of rainwater by retention roofs
- FSC project certificate
- LED lighting
- Energy consumption reduced by approx. 44%
- Energy label improved from F to A+
